the law of one

Are Universal Laws that create structure for us to live in coherence with our Divine Self.  These laws are different than the ‘laws’ we are familiar with, as they speak to the Heart + Soul.  We have been raised (socially and culturally) to abide by man made laws of structure; through government, religion, the family unit, etc.  These laws address the Human 3D form ~ which of course is relevant as we traverse the Human experience.  BUT! There is so much more to who we are and why we chose to come to this beautiful planet at this time in history.

The Law of One principals are beautiful reminders to guide us on along our journey of Awakening/Ascension. When we are able to abide these principals, we show up in the world as beacons of light & love. We learn to embody our divinity, which changes the total trajectory of our lives.

These 7 principals have been shown to us through the teachings of Lisa Renee and her connection to the Founder Races.

We would like to preface, that these principals are the energetic foundation of Blue Lotus. We are all working these principals each and every day, as we aspire to take Self Responsibility and be of Service to the One.

PRINCIPAL #1: UNITY CONCIOUSNESS

This principal is the foundation for all principals in the Law of One.

When we embrace Unity Consciousness, we have the deep direct knowing (gnosis) that every being is an individualized expression of the One ~ aka Divine Creator, Source or God.   When we are able to truly embody this principal, our entire state of awareness shifts completely.  Our point of perception alters, and we begin to see all others as an expression of the Divine.

As we shift our state of consciousness, we move out of the 3D realm (fear/duality/scarcity) and enter into 4th+5th Dimensional states of awareness where separation between ourselves and others dissipates and we begin to see through new eyes where we honour all life (including the planet) as Sacred.

Our life becomes a living walking ceremony, where we honour each life experience, encounter and interaction as a pathway for knowing ourselves and others as expressions of God.

So, how do we begin to work with this principal?  

One interaction and one thought at a time.  Remember this is a practice, and it takes patience and devotion to shift what we have known as truth.   Invite this principal into your life by choosing to take ownership for your thoughts.  By bring awareness to where your mind goes in challenging times, by catching yourself before you make a judgement towards another.  No matter who this person is, or how they show up in your world.  Invite LOVE to work through you ~ as your voice, your sight, actions and thoughts.  Open up to the Divine that resides within you, and once you come to feel this expansiveness within, you can’t help but to see and feel it within others too.

PRINCIPAL #2: LOVE YOURSELF

All change begins within the self.  To create (birth) a New World that is built upon Love + Unity, we first must start within.  What we see ‘out there’ is a reflection of what is going on inside our own hearts. 

If we see anger, war, fear and duality, then we must pause and take the time to go within and clear all that is keeping us from Love.  So often when we are on the path of awakening, we ignore the shadow aspects of ourself.  It makes sense, no one really want to take a close look at the inner wounds, trauma, or parts of ourself that we hope no one else ever sees or knows.

The path to true liberation is not found in avoiding the dark, but in diving in to the depths of who we are and loving the heck out of each and every part.  Learning to bring love to the places within the we have ignored or felt shame towards is the best gift you could ever give yourself.  

The truth is, the relationship that you have with yourself will set you up for EVERY other relationship you will ever have.  If you can’t find love for who you are, then how will you ever come in to a conscious and sacred relationship with another.  

This practice isn’t easy ~ in fact its hard and exhausting.  AND, at the same time, it is the key to bringing you happiness and peace.  No matter what is happening around you.

So how do we being working with this principal?  By becoming the observer of our minds and choosing to re-focus one negative thought pattern at a time:

⏀ Choosing to hold yourself when you are feeling pain - to allow yourself to FEEL rather than running from the pain ie/ drinking, smoking, excessive media, sex, food, shopping

⏀ Deciding to become a compassionate parent to all parts of yourself.  Loving all of those younger aspects of you ~ the 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 year old that needed protection and love 

⏀ Speaking to yourself with loving kindness, at all times.  Especially when the inner critic comes in, choose to switch your inner language to words of understanding and love.  Like you would speak to a small child who is learning something new.  Asking yourself what you need, and listening to what the answer is.

*Remember*  We are all experiencing huge shifts right now as the Earth (and all of Humanity) experiences this Ascension Timeline.  The more higher frequency, or energy, that we bring into our body, the more density that rises up to the surface.  These times are ripe for sadness, regret, pain, old wounds and fear to rise.  That’s ok - remember that all darkness must come to the light.  Surrender to the process and LOVE yourself as much as you can.  Stay neutral as best as you can and witness all that comes to the light and hold yourself all the way.

PRINCIPAL #3: LOVE OTHERS

Once we understand the first 2 principals, we are able to truly learn what it means to love others.

Loving others doesn’t equate to inviting every person you meet to be part of your inner circle. What it means, is that we can truly honour each individual expression of the Divine as being worthy of LOVE. Just as we are.

Let’s be honest, not everyone is our cup of tea. Just as we aren’t for everyone. And that is ok! Moving out of judgements towards others for how they live their lives or what they ‘should’ be doing, is liberating.

Let’s let everyone off the hook. Just trust that we are all on our own unique path, as we traverse this wild world, each doing the best we can. Drop the narrative of what people should or shouldn’t do. Set yourself free. Set others free. Just love them. Without any attachment or expectation. Love them, as you love yourself.

PRINCIPAL #4: LOVE EARTH & NATURE

We are all connected. Not only to one another, but to all sentient beings on this beautiful planet. AND, the planet herself.

Reverence for nature and this glorious planet are integral to living in accordance with your Highest God Self.

Taking time to honour our home, offering gratitude for all of the support, beauty, and nourishment will bring you into a more intimate connection with the Earth and all of her children.

Spend time in the trees, swimming in her waters, basking in the beauty of her mountains and valleys. Breathing in and breathing out appreciation for your home.

PRINCIPAL #5: SERVICE TO OTHERS

Service to Others can be a challenging principal to connect with and embody. We have been raised in a society where we are encouraged to think of ourself and to meet our own needs. When we shift in to service to others, we shift in to the reality that we are all in this together. What is the point of getting everything that you need, if it is at the expense of another?

Service to Others, is a daily prayer. Asking how you can show up in the world, doing God’s work. How can you love more? How can you support more? How can you become the conduit of the Divine within every action.

When we are in Service to Self, we are serving the ego, not the heart. This can lead to division and more duality. Separating ourselves from others, all in the name of getting ahead.

Stepping in to Service to Others, brings us in to collaboration and Unity. Where we truly want all others to rise in to their greatest potential too. Moving from me - to we.

PRINCIPAL #6: CONSCIOUSNESS EXPANSION

Our consciousness is our awareness. How we perceive the world around us, as well as the Universe.

This principal asks us to be willing to grow, learn and expand. To keep our minds and hearts open for new ideas, beliefs and concepts. Not staying stuck within a belief system just because it is what we have always known.

When we invite expansion in to our lives, we heal deeper layers within our cellular memory and clear ancestral patterns. We are able to hold more light and higher frequencies within the very structure of our DNA.

Open Mind, Open Heart = Joyful Life

PRINCIPAL #7: RESPONSIBLE CO-CREATION

As we work these principals, we begin to establish a greater connection to our Higher Self, and thus to God/Source. As we make this connection, we begin to co-create our lives in accordance to our Higher Power and begin to follow and live from the guidance of our heart.

We begin to live our purpose and follow our Soul’s Path. We come in to the awareness that we are stewards upon this Earth, each here to share our unique gifts and unlimited Joy.
