your 4 Body system

You are more than your body ~ in fact, you are as intricate as the stars in the sky.

So many of us have been taught that our physical body is all that we are. When we align with this belief, we become limited in our experience on Earth. Our mind becomes closed and separates our reality. Compartmentalizing in a way that keeps us disconnected from our God Self, from one another, as well as from our beautiful planet.

In truth, we are so much more than our physical body!

We also have a:

  1. Emotional Body

  2. Mental Body, AND a

  3. Spiritual Body

And all of these bodies, work together to create you and your life experience. When they operate in alignment with one another, we feel balanced and healthy. Joy and appreciation live within our hearts and we are healthy and vibrant. When these bodies become disconnected, and out of balance with one another, then dis-ease can manifest.

Your Mental Body is what creates your thoughts and your beliefs. You could say that this is where your Ego ‘lives’. Our mind can serve us in miraculous ways. Helping us complete tasks, assisting us in navigating our human experience by getting the job done, so to speak.

We can also become enslaved by our thoughts and beliefs, losing sight of the vastness of who we are and the levels of consciousness that we are connected to. When this happens, we are governed by our thoughts and beliefs, we live a life dictated by fear. We live from our lower 3 chakras which are all based upon survival. There is a belief of never having enough, or not being safe. Thoughts that cause us to act from a place of competition with others, creating a duality mindset of ‘me against you’. Everything in this realm feels like a threat - people, places, nature, and we even disconnect from ourselves, fearing our own mind.

Your Emotional Body is the place with all of the FEELS. Like the Mental Body, your Emotional Body can be your ally, OR, it can become your dictator.

Our Emotional Body can be an amazing navigation tool, if we are able to zoom out and become the witness. It allows us to process energy throughout our system and can lead us to greater levels of awareness of who we are, as well as, healing at the deepest levels. Emotions are energy - and energy needs to move to feel free. When we push down our feelings, or project them on to another, we become disconnected from this part of ourselves.

Many of us where not taught or encouraged to feel our feelings. {unless they are the happy ones} Emotions such as sadness, anger, frustration have always been viewed as not healthy or labeled as negative. Each time we suppress our emotions, or ignore what is rising, we create a block in the movement of this flow, and as a result tension is created throughout the body. Learning how to feel the feels without creating a story around what you are feeling (over identifying) can help transmute the energy that is asking to be released, much faster.

The more we suppress our emotions, the more stagnant and stuck the energy becomes, which can lead to a host of dis-ease within the body, as well as addictive behaviours.

Your Spiritual Body is the part of you that exists beyond time + space. It is your energy body or Soul. It is the part of you that connects you to all life everywhere. Your Spiritual Body is your consciousness, or your awareness, beyond the sense of self (body/mind/emotion). This body often gets overlooked, because it lives in the invisible realm. BUT! Your Spiritual Body is what holds the answer to who you are and why you are here at this pivotal time in Human History.

Keeping our Spiritual Body in check, is essential for the spiritual initiate. Getting to know ourselves at this level and making effort to connect in each and every day, is integral for your journey here in Blue Lotus. A beautiful place to start to reconnect to your Spiritual Body, is by making a commitment to working with the 12D Shield meditation, every morning. This practice assists you in feeling in to this part of you, and supports you in learning where your energy exists around the physical body.

Lastly, a few words on your Physical Body. On the path of awakening and ascension, it is ESSENTIAL that you nourish and take care of your sacred temple as best as you can. Self Care is non-negotiable, and our physical body is like a massive hard drive that helps us do all the things in the other bodies.

We will go in to greater detail in another post on suggestions for nourishing the vessel, but in the meantime, here are a few suggestions:

  • WATER: know where your water comes from. We love Spring Water from the source (aka wild) and you can locate where your nearest spring is HERE At the very least, please filter your water. Municipal water is filled with contaminant’s and chemicals and can leave your body compromised

  • FOOD: whole foods are recommended - which means trying your best to avoid processed and fast food. The body needs a lot of energy at this time to process all of this wild energy that is coming in to the planet. If it is working hard to break down food that is not made from real ingredients, your journey could become more challenging. We recommend organic and vegetarian, although, we also honour eating to what the body wants and needs. Learn to listen to the innate wisdom of your cravings. We will offer more on FOOD and DETOX in a webinar. Until then, try your best to clean up your diet and choose a variety of fruit & veg. Kinda like eating a rainbow!

  • MOVEMENT: Ascension happens IN the body, which means that building strength within the body will serve you well. Getting outside in the forest is also key. Yoga, strength training and some cardio will serve you well!

Paying attention to all of your bodies is key. Try your best to tune in to what each one is asking of you, and learn to differentiate what body is asking to be rebalanced. We will be offering many tools and tips along the way.
